      Pros

      11 holidays and 1 floating holiday a year. No blackout times where you can't use/take your PTO. Very flexible if you need a few hours away for something they will let you make it up without using your PTO. 100% WFH for most tech positions

      Cons

      Sick and vacation time is all in one bank so don't use it all as vacation and then need sick time as well. Cannot rollover your time from 1 yr to the next, if you don't use it you don't earn more. 3 restructures in 21 months, work keeps getting piled on with the loss of co-workers but no additional compensations for the additional workload.

      Pros

      I was previously proud to say the company I worked for a company that took care of their employees and followed the Azimuth in all decision making, but it feels as if a switch has been flipped by senior management since beginning of Q1. The majority of colleagues care very much about their coworkers and clients.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the “Bean Counters” are now at the helm, and senior management seems to have strayed from following everything the Azimuth stands for. They are hurriedly rushing out half-baked changes by outsourcing work over seas with a full speed ahead, no matter if it works or not, mentality, while still expecting significant client retention and growth.
