Pros

Good co-workers that are friendly and helpful.

Cons

- Bad company culture. "We are up XX percent growth yet again this quarter, but have to cut costs, slow/halt hiring, and automate!" Penny pinching executives care about their bonus more than team morale. - Pay and benefits are on the lower end of average, but their internal salary team will gaslight you and say based upon their research they are offering above average/excellent pay. - Everyone is burnt out from having to cover the work of 2 people, because the company is very slow to replace people who leave for better pay and culture, and additional headcount is usually out of the question. - Company direction and priority shifts every quarter, which leads to wasted work when team is already slammed.

Pros

I was previously proud to say the company I worked for a company that took care of their employees and followed the Azimuth in all decision making, but it feels as if a switch has been flipped by senior management since beginning of Q1. The majority of colleagues care very much about their coworkers and clients.

Cons

Unfortunately the “Bean Counters” are now at the helm, and senior management seems to have strayed from following everything the Azimuth stands for. They are hurriedly rushing out half-baked changes by outsourcing work over seas with a full speed ahead, no matter if it works or not, mentality, while still expecting significant client retention and growth.
