Pros

I joined my company in 2016, and like many, I felt a little anxiety when we were acquired in 2021. However, I was thrilled to see that so much of the culture remained intact and even strengthened under Baldwin’s leadership. One of the biggest highlights is the strong communication from leadership. Within our office, we have a monthly staff meeting that keeps us informed on business updates and provides a chance to check in across departments. These meetings also celebrate individual and team successes—whether it’s a new client win or well-earned recognition from a client—which adds to the positive culture. Beyond that, corporate communication is frequent but never intrusive, ensuring we stay connected to the broader organization without feeling overwhelmed. The people here are fantastic—always willing to collaborate, discuss solutions, and share knowledge. It’s a place where you can learn from others, whether through brainstorming or having someone walk you through a new task. The supportive environment makes it easy to grow and contribute. Overall, I love working here. The culture, leadership, and team-oriented environment make Baldwin a great place to be.

Cons

We have a very flexible work schedule and though I like coming in the office to work, most of my peers decided to be work-from-home. That's not a knock as I fully understand the mess of the 405. I just miss seeing them as I consider them friends.

Pros

I was previously proud to say the company I worked for a company that took care of their employees and followed the Azimuth in all decision making, but it feels as if a switch has been flipped by senior management since beginning of Q1. The majority of colleagues care very much about their coworkers and clients.

Cons

Unfortunately the “Bean Counters” are now at the helm, and senior management seems to have strayed from following everything the Azimuth stands for. They are hurriedly rushing out half-baked changes by outsourcing work over seas with a full speed ahead, no matter if it works or not, mentality, while still expecting significant client retention and growth.
