Pros

Great people in the trenches

Cons

Leadership is a joke. Run like a start up. Money stays at the top and pays their employees low market wages. Will expect you to be the jack of all trades with no support or resources and then blame you for mistakes. Alot of "go left, no go right, wait why did you go right I told you to go left." You set a plan and the plan is constantly changing and then you are told that you are not hitting goals. Alot of "in house" relationships as well. People who know what they are doing leave or are pushed out. Do not take feedback or criticism. Be ready to be thrown under the bus at the first opportunity or the first time something goes wrong. C-Suite (I was told by several people) love to pay for extravagant outings and want to be in front of the camera and then decry that they never have enough money and the budget it tight.

Pros

I was previously proud to say the company I worked for a company that took care of their employees and followed the Azimuth in all decision making, but it feels as if a switch has been flipped by senior management since beginning of Q1. The majority of colleagues care very much about their coworkers and clients.

Cons

Unfortunately the “Bean Counters” are now at the helm, and senior management seems to have strayed from following everything the Azimuth stands for. They are hurriedly rushing out half-baked changes by outsourcing work over seas with a full speed ahead, no matter if it works or not, mentality, while still expecting significant client retention and growth.
