Pros

Good benefits and pay is slightly above market range as my friends from other firms shared their salary. Training was good for me and the office is nice with snacks provided and lunch some days during busy season. Summer Fridays.

Cons

Company says they pride themselves on flexibility but this just isn't true. Even with summer Fridays you have to go into the office. While you can work remote if you got a doctors appointment ect., it would be nice if they would have let us work at a couple remote days during the non peak season. While during busy season long hours are expected, they lie to new grads about it being only 55 hours which is a lie. You will be working 70 during March, April, September, and October.

Pros

Supportive Management, Partners are fabulous, Great employee perks - lunches, summer half day Fridays, events, July 4th week off, health insurance, HSA contribution, profit sharing, plethora of learning and growth opportunities.

Cons

There's nothing I don't like about working for The Bonadio Group. For some, being full time in office may be something they don't like, but I don't mind and actually prefer to be in office over remote, so its not a con for me.
