In my 20+ years of experience, I've never encountered an organization so true to its mission statement and so genuinely invested in the well-being of both the people it serves and its incredible staff. I absolutely love what I do, and the support from upper management and HR has been truly unparalleled!

Cons

Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and temperaments can make it challenging to focus on the bottom line. Additionally, the lengthy hiring background process can sometimes discourage well-qualified candidates.
