      Brilliant work life and work area. Lab benches are plentiful, with equally ubiquitous resources for even the most ambitious research projects

      Might not have the best policies when it comes to helping out students in financial need.

      Pros

      Benefits, such as PTO and health, are fantastic.

      Cons

      A pro and a con are there are rarely set ways to do things. You can pave your own way, but others could be paving a way to the same destination and just creating more paths when it would be better to work together.
