      Information sharing environment. You have opportunities to keep up with the most trendy technologies. Lots of scientific as well as tech seminars to make you well informed. Life and work balance is pretty good. Very flexible working hours.

      Salary is at the lower end of industry level.

      Benefits, such as PTO and health, are fantastic.

      Cons

      A pro and a con are there are rarely set ways to do things. You can pave your own way, but others could be paving a way to the same destination and just creating more paths when it would be better to work together.
