Congrats for being the worst job I've had - Cooks Assistant The Buckeye Ranch Employee Review

Salary is very low, management is very poor, not allowed to have a bad day without being expected to explain why even when very personal, allowed manager to continously ask inappropriate personal questions and give unsolicited mental health advice. HR told me I didn't care about the kids because I didn't want to share my personal life with my immediate manager. Very far from compassionate management and HR. Worked there for 7 months and had 5 scedual changes within that time making it very difficult to make any kind of plans for personal life.
