Manager treated sales people like crap Was constantly reminded that if i didn't do things the "buckle" way that i could easily be replaced Extremely high turn over Was one of the top salesmen in the nation and was treated like someone who did nothing Management was unwilling to listen to my innovative ways of selling(which made me so successful) Felt threatened that i would dare challenge their way of selling regardless of how much more successful i was.
