Cons
Buckle is a large company with a small company mentality that can be charming, but frustrating at times. Tech and IT issues are rampant and can bog down the effectiveness of stores' ability to function. Upward mobility can be difficult due to longevity of upper management and lack of available positions. Work/life balance is a challenge mainly with the nature of retail management and high turnover. Home office support to stores also leaves much to be desired, especially with stores operating 7 days a week and home office only being available M-F.
