- Buckle as a company has terrible values — leaders are trained to "talk their employees off the team" by cutting their hours and setting them up to fail so they hopefully leave by their own accord.
- Managers do not train you properly, and then scold and punish you for under performing.
- Managers will lie about your sales (or at least mine did).
- Managers and company expect you to sell, sell, sell and do not care about volume or conversion. Even ADS and UPT are looked over when you do not have a staggering high net selling. (And even if you do, it will probably be dismissed).
- Company will black list you if one big name does not like you.
- Promises are not kept or followed up on regarding moving up in the company, raises, or (and especially!) hours. (A coworker of mine constantly had to fight for her 40 hours that was written in her contract).
- Pay is bad.
- The buying team does not understand the brands they are trying to sell or the demographic.
