Management is awful, managers talk badly about you to other teammates. If you call off it's like the end of the world. For example I was in a car accident on a Saturday night I called that night to tell them and obviously I called off the next day and my manager said I would never be an assistant to all the other teammates because I'm irresponsible. but didn't tell me. Meanwhile I live an hour and a half away and work full time as a leader been at buckle for a year and a half. And why won't I be an assistant? Because I got in a car accident And called off. Terrible terrible management I'm currently looking for another job. This experience completely turn me off. Another thing I would like to point out is if you are in college and furthering your education, buckle will try and talk you out of it. They want you to live breathe and eat buckle. Rethink working at buckle
