Pros
The perfect job to act as a stepping stone if you are looking for office experience. My time there helped me land a far more rewarding and personal satisfying job.
Cons
Not a great learning environment and extreme lack of resources to get your work completed. I sensed extreme tension between departments and a lot of time spent on finger pointing and whose to blame when processes didn't work smoothly rather than focusing on solutions. It always seemed like the clients were viewed as the enemy despite that being the service they were in.
