There is plenty of opportunity to move up within the company if you work hard. The paid time off is wonderful and more than most companies offer. The atmosphere is friendly and warm. There are always classes offered to learn something new, personally or professionally. Senior management have taken time to personally recognize employees. If you want to work for a company that challenges you and makes you want to stay and make a career, this is the place to look into. The opportunity is there to advance if you want it. Until now I couldn't say I've ever worked for a company where a senior member of management has personally thanked an employee for a job well done and shook their hand. That's a place I want to work.
