Pros

The people are always friendly and professional and I made some really good connections. Easy to work/try hard and get up there with a good reputation. Customer service-oriented to the point it doesn’t even make sense since they are not actually custmrs.

Cons

Highly stressful work environment.Rude people on the phones. Very high turnover with management not understanding why or not working on it. Made some bad decisions in 2017 that led to layoffs, de-motions, and then treating associates like they are money-making robots in 2018. Some very bad clientele in specialty accounts.Too much pressure/micro management on lower level employees.
