Location is easy to get to

Cons

Owners of company force management to micro manage over everything. They will not close their front doors even with all staff catching Covid! Staff are scared to come to work and owners do not care. Owners and higher management don’t even come to Portsmouth office and are out of the loop and disconnected from reality.

CCS takes seriously the health and welfare of all its employees. It is important that all employees feel safe and comfortable in our workplace. The company has followed and continues to follow all federal and state guidelines from the outset. We have followed the ‘Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers to Plan and Respond to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)’ to create our ‘CCS Preparedness Plan’ and communicate with our associates on COVID-19. We implemented safety measures and ensured organizational preparedness. We executed several safety initiatives, which include, among others: • Created a remote work infrastructure to enable approximately 80% of employees company-wide to work from home. • Discontinued in-person meetings and prohibited interoffice and business travel; • Mandated a quarantine protocol if traveling to areas not approved by the state • We provide frequent, extensive communication and training regarding safety and health information as related to the Covid-19 • Every person entering our buildings is required to provide screening and have their temperature taken. • Sanitizing products are available to associates throughout the facility and handwashing is actively encouraged. • Professional cleaning of all common areas is conducted several times throughout the day. • Mandatory wearing of face coverings and social distancing • Established Covid-19 diagnosis event response protocol including contact tracing We frequently review the latest information from the CDC and state governments, and we receive routine updates from various private resources all to ensure that we are keeping abreast of the latest developments and complying with updated state guidance. We are also open to suggestions for any improvements. If there is any employee that has concerns such as those expressed, they are encouraged to bring those to the attention of management directly. CCS has a strong policy that prohibits retaliation for any such reporting, but employees may also raise concerns and make suggestions anonymously.
