Pros
Coworkers are all really nice and the job can be very fast-paced and fun at times. Always on your feet and have something to do.
Cons
Management is too demanding of the employees. Constantly expecting them to work outside the bounds of their job description. Very little support in the bakery despite constantly being thrown more and more work.
