Pros

I’ve had a great experience working in a remote BCBA role with this ABA company. The management team is supportive, organized, and consistently quick to respond to any questions or needs. The RBTs are well-trained, professional, and reliable, which makes collaboration smooth and effective. I’m also impressed with the quality of their BCBA student internship program—it’s structured, supportive, and truly sets trainees up for success. Overall, I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this company to other BCBAs.

Cons

None to report, I have had a great experience.

Pros

Management genuinely cares about the needs of every employee and the work environment is so positive and welcoming. Everyone supports everyone.

Cons

Sometimes scheduling can be off, but sometimes there are just no shifts to cover when a client or RBT/BT is out

Pros

This is a growing company with a strong group of higher ups. As with anything, there is room to grow with communication, and even then, theyve grown since I started over a year ago. They are flexible with both RBT and the families in terms of starting sessions and make up session. I have been supported through some tough cases, if I needed to be removed from a case, they genuinely work with you because they want to know you are safe. All the BCBAs I have worked with, I've definitely learned from. I'm in community and they do try to bring us all together with socials, which can be nice if you're into that.

Cons

If you don't have a session due to cancelations or other reasons, we are not paid. However, they do actively try to get you a substitute session, but if they dont have any, then no work. There is no known raises over time, unless that is reserved for 2 years of employment?
