Great company, not-so-great local management - Server The Cheesecake Factory Employee Review

The upper-level FOH management team is ruining the place. They play favorites, gossip, stalk employees' social media and use it to discriminate in the workplace, delegate too much to junior management, and have completely different personas when Corporate is visiting. This would be a five star review except for this issue, but as it is this is the reason The Cheesecake Factory is dropping like a rock on the 100 Best Companies to Work For list and probably won't make it for a fourth year.
