      Pros

      The cheesecake factory is an ever-evolving company who has a lot of pride in what they have built. They reward their employees in various ways and really have a "team" feel.

      Cons

      This is a fast-paced environment so if you're not up for a challenge, it's not the place for you. Also, as in most restaurants, the atmosphere can be a bit clique-y at work.

      One of the manager doesn’t seem like she want to work. Every time I asked for help she will get annoyed.
