      Pros

      This is with a doubt the fairest company that I have worked for. The environment is positive and supportive. The culture is all about learning and developing yourself. I worked in LA, Jeddah & Abu Dhabi and while the locations are very different, the "feel" is exactly the same. I look back on my time there as hard work, great fun and a stimulating learning curve.

      Cons

      It is a very structured environment. While this appealed to me greatly, I understand that it may not be for everybody. With the incredible numbers that CCF does every day, it can daunt many people. Again, it worked for me.

      Mandatory holiday work, Difficult to get weekends off, Restaurant does not close or slow down unless absolutely necessary

      have to work all holidays best time to make money is night shifts so really limits social time with friends and family
