Pros
I loved working at The Cheesecake Factory because of the amount of customer service skills I gained from there. I will continue to use that knowledge that they provided me for future positions in sales/customer service.
Cons
I think the only con I can think of, which comes with the job, is it's a fast pace high stress job on busy nights. But that's when you make a lot of money :)
