      Pros

      Cheesecake Factory is very supportive and is full of great employees. Most of the managers are on your side and it seems that every co worker is always willing to help you out. Getting time off is never a problem.

      Cons

      It is hard to move up; I worked in the bakery for two years before I was moved up to being a server.
