Pros
2 weeks paid vacation after 6 months, paid holidays, decent benefits, weekly pay, decent pay, option to join a credit union. I feel my coworkers and I get along well. Everyone's always willing to help. Management is always available when we have questions. Many of these negative reviews are ridiculous and must have been written by people with little work history and have never been in a call center. The regulated time away from desk, break, and lunch are the same as other call centers I've worked in. I don't mind locking my phone in a locker. I've seen too many lazy phone addicts at other places I've worked.
Cons
Training is shorter than they tell you up front. Every training class seems to be instructed how to do things differently. The bathrooms are nasty. They need to update the facilities. Service in the cafeteria is SLOW. You have to deal with the 1 male cafeteria worker trying to chat up girls while everyone else waits in line.
