The joy it brings when you know you are making product that will be used by children to help them learn. When entering a daycare or learning center you'll find such names as Children's Factory, Angeles, Learning Carpets, Discount School Supplies, Really Good Stuff, My perfect Classroom, Enviroments, EPI and many more. The exciting thing about all of the above mentioned names is, we are owned by the same company, Excelligence Corporation. We are a large company with lots of growth going on. Take a moment and look up our many web sites and see all the exciting things you could enjoy when you join our team and use your employee discount.

I wish I could purchase one of everything. Would like to see more employee involvement

Pros

The greatest thing about working for Children's Factory is the culture. It really feels like a family. I've been here for 2 years now and have built so many amazing relationships with coworkers who have become friends. But work isn't just about making friends and CF brings so much more to the table. Management is always open to conversation, finding solutions to every day problems, taking advice and listening to each member of the crew. They focus on getting the work done safely, effeciently and fun. I can't wait to continue to build on the career i've started here.

Better A/C in the warehouse for the production workers. More frequent review and raise opportunities
