Pros
This company demonstrates clear racial inequity in how it treats employees of color. People of color are often expected to work harder than their white counterparts but are rarely compensated or promoted fairly. Meanwhile, employees who display unprofessional or problematic behavior—so long as they are white—are often rewarded with advancement. If you’re a person of color who can “pass” as white, you might avoid some of the mistreatment. But if you visibly stand out—especially as Black or Asian—management may try to push you out by overworking you or creating a hostile environment until you quit. It’s a pattern that shows this company does not value diversity beyond surface-level optics. I strongly advise anyone who is visibly a person of color to avoid working here. The environment is not only unwelcoming but actively discriminatory in both subtle and blatant ways. This is not a place where equity or respect exists.
Cons
You get a paycheck. So that's great
