Bonuses but only if the manager is ethical. Work from home flexibility.
Cons
Revolving door of managers due to the inadequate vetting during the hiring process. Don't be surprised if you get hired and are let go with in a few months, very common. Poor development of employees. Training resources are limited and external training is prohibited due to budget restrictions. Excessive work hours 12 -14 is a standard day. Lack of documented Goals , Roles and Responsibilities for employees.
