Pros

The pay and option to work at home. Coworkers have the same situation all over. Lots of camaraderie within teams.

Cons

Customer service management is horrible and disorganized. They do not care about employees and show lots of favoritism. Hire people who have no knowledge of healthcare and provide horrible customer service which causes complaints from members. There are only woman in upper management which turns everything into a blame game and power trip frenzy. Such a sad department.

Pros

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Cons

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
