Stress stress stress Horrible training High turn over of management Doesn't feel like a team Unreasonable production expectations Not allowed to get sick and miss time HORRIBLE benefits No bonuses except for the multi-million bonus to CEO "because of covid" yet forced to work 50+ hours a week due to increased enrollment

Pros

Remote work, very understanding and kind management

Cons

Very complicated position, things outside of your control aren't taken into consideration when determining metrics so you're negatively impacted and it's really unfair. Equipment issues aren't taken seriously.
