Pros

WFH with equipment and internet provided, interesting job and good insight into how the insurance system works from within, pay was well above average

Cons

Very strict metrics. Expect to explain any instance of going over the allotted minutes given to process a claim. Left for a less micromanaged environment. Understandable that there is a lot of claim inventory to process, but the job also requires very strict accuracy, as these are real people behind every claim

Pros

Remote work, very understanding and kind management

Cons

Very complicated position, things outside of your control aren't taken into consideration when determining metrics so you're negatively impacted and it's really unfair. Equipment issues aren't taken seriously.
