Cigna offers health insurance premiums based on the income they pay you, there is an EAP that allows for 10 free counseling sessions, education benefits through Guild, pto based on career level, company provided computer equipment to work from home, Cigna will pay for a separate internet service just for work, and the work culture is inclusive.
Cons
Inadequate pay for the amount of work you do, stingy merit based raises each year, the performance metrics and policies that are difficult to comply with, because some policies and procedures contradict. Job training did not sufficiently prepare me for the added stress from taking back to back calls while servicing 10+ clients including Medicare D. There was not always enough pharmacists and patient care technicians to answer transfer calls timely. We have to wait on hold 20+ minutes for a mandatory transfers, then have to justify having excessive hold times to eMOS.
