Be very diligent about what you want from your time here, be extroverted and politically savvy, and you'll learn a ton. Relatively diverse and inclusive environment. The interview process below the VP level is very simple and quick.
Cons
Restructure crazy. Around 18-24 month cycle with varying scales of layoffs, with varying degrees of transparency. They can happen at the global corporate level, business unit level, and org/team level. We've also devolved in our internal culture. It's very "Southern-nice," smiles when you're in the room but critical when you're not around. We laid off a lot of people in 2021 and again in 2023, so a lot of long time employees (20+ years) have left; this left a vacuum of old clicks, and currently we're in a fiefdom style political land grab environment. It can be fun when you're on a popular team or have a good leader, but otherwise it's a pain (especially when you want to leap across teams for new experiences and roles).
