      Salary is above average, perks great, bonus is usually above average, benefits are amazing

      The company is plagued by frequent layoffs and constant restructuring. Management is often untrained and indifferent, leading to significant disconnects. Senior leadership appears to lack a solid grasp of the actual work required. Opportunities for advancement are scarce, and promotions seem to favor personal connections over merit. Constructive feedback for personal development is virtually nonexistent. Additionally, seeking assistance can be detrimental, as it may result in negative evaluations. Finally, they actively encourage/force the departure of older, more experienced employees to make room for less experienced, younger associates.

      Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

      While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
