not too bad a place, but you have to be hired full time to really reap the benefits of working at KO. - Ask Me, I'll Tell You On the Side The Coca-Cola Company Employee Review

Pros

you know you are working for a brand, that introduces innovative products and the name itself will carry you into your next employer

Cons

they hire through a temp agency, and good people leave before KO hires. as a temp you don't get time off and you want to show that you want the job by showing up, but you don't want to completely overwork yourself either. catch 22

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
