Great product, rewarding but work load and hours are too much given the compensation - District Sales Manager The Coca-Cola Company Employee Review

Pros

Advancement, fast paced, rewarding. Most recognized trademark in the world. Good chances for promotion and movement across the country. You are able to gain real life experience and make numerous contacts in the field. There is something very competitive and addictive after winning in the marketplace.

Cons

Long hours not worth the compensation, too much work load, not enough support to perform job at 100%. The only way to be truly successful is to work way too many hours and not have a family life. Company direction and priorities change on a daily basis. Very difficult to develop customer relationships as price and service is impossible to commit.

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
