Pros

Money... Benefits. Good place to work to get great benefit for your family.

Cons

You will be working far to hard to enjoy the benefits provided(i.e. 3-4 weeks vacation, paid holidays, etc). It appears deadlines always occur on holidays. Overall ,Coke is not a great company to work for if worklife balance is important to you. They promote it, advertise it, swear up and down its there. But, when the rubber hits the road, it ain't there. You will be on vacation on a beach with a laptop looking for a secured link. I've meet people who were unhappy because they did not get laid off from coke. The recent racial lawsuit still has some serious lasting effects there. Good place to work if you are willing to forgo your private life, family, etc for your career. If you want your marriage, kids, look elsewhere.

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
