Pros

High compensation and good benefits. Things still get accomplished through networks of good people and teamwork. The Coca-Cola brand is respected and trusted.

Cons

The company does not understand the need for diversity other than strictly the legal sense applied to race. Middle management has forgotten the power of the people and the importance of teamwork. The company is not managing for the long term. Too much emphasis is being placed on short term cuts that cannot be sustained. Focus is on productivity improvements without defining productivity. Management does not communicate about the important issues and when they do communicate they are not transparent.

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
