Pros

lots of vacation time to help you try to keep your sanity.

Cons

The right hand doesn't talk to the left...company is too large. Too many "priorities". Upper management sometimes has sales associates push products or packages on customers that don't benefit their business so that they can see growth every week at their meetings. No real direction or help given to reach goals, only demands.

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
