Pros

Good people, good opportunity for advancement. A lot of great perks and benefits that are hard to find at other companies, especially in this current day. In my position I'm not stuck in one spot all day. Some people like that, I don't. I'm out in the world talking to people, meeting new people. Salary is I think very fair. Overall it's great experience if you don't want to move up in the company it looks great on your resume.

Cons

You have to be a multi-tasker. You have to be able to clearly and effectively communicate with others. (I like those things but I know many that don't) There is a lot of driving. Things roll downhill and uphill if you know what I mean. It can be very stressful at times, if you let it. But hey, what job isn't?

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
