The Coca-Cola Company

Engaged Employer

The company has a lot of room for advancement and development of its employees. - Quality Assurance Technician The Coca-Cola Company Employee Review

Pros

The perks, such as their contract with ATT to reduce your cell phone bill, the weight loss/fit incentive, the discount you get when buying a car, etc....There are also a number of opportunities for advancement. Also, because Coke is global, if you do well, you can end up anywhere you want to be

Cons

Because it is a longstanding company, you may need to work a little harder to change things

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
