Internal growth opps aplenty, but do require being strategic with projects/teammates you get placed on. ~2-3 projects at a time. Projects are mostly well paced, spread out, manageable 75% of the year.

Highly demanding work in fourth quarter, >70 hour weeks with >3 projects all asking for bandwidth. Can feel like a collegiate environment because everyone is similar in age which is great but... seniority presence feels like its missing.
