Pros
Most people are friendly, decent pay for minimal work
Cons
The Dedham Group is a glorified market research firm and, even then, isn't quite as useful. Most of the work is mindless web searching and formatting in Excel...even at the higher level. You'll spend hours reaching out to doctors on LinkedIn for surveys and, if not enough doctors respond, the Partners will ask you to falsify survey data and lie to the client. Yeah, you read that right. Employee turnover is crazy high with people only staying because they'll get promoted for complicity. This leads to managers with poor leadership skills and little to no consulting competency. If you have another offer, work elsewhere. If TDG is your only offer, take it, but keep an eye open for an exit as soon as you can.
