Overall terrible work experience/environment - If I could negative stars I would - Licensed Masters Social Worker The Fedcap Group Employee Review

Workload was impossibly high hostile work environment supervisor repeatedly acted in unprofessional manner workers expected to ignore personal responsibilities communication with supervisor was nonexistent feedback from workers was not tolerated training was inadequate safety of workers often overlooked workers expected to produce quantity over quality of work, errors/mistakes were “blamed” on others and constructive criticism was not given lack of appropriate supervision/training workers discouraged from interacting with each other workers made to feel like they are commodities that are expendable.
