Pros

The essence of the program is great and the intentions are good in writing. Great platform job for entry level professional. Great opportunity to experience different walks of life.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. Unappreciated by corporate. No opportunity for growth or pay raise. Health benefits are to expensive and not tailored to the employees in Maine. The internal office staff statewide are great, but the higher ups are degrading. Constructive criticism is not constructive it’s just criticism with no clear directive.

The people I serve and some of my coworkers were amazing!

Cons

Extremely high turnover Leadership is terrible Staff not appreciated Completely disorganized Lack of caring Program managers (not all) are toxic and incompetent. Conflicts of interest between management Any change goes through the CEO making everything terribly inefficient.
