None. It’s about the worst company I have worked for. Would not recommend it to my enemy

Cons

Company politics at C-Suite level. Disorganized, no structure. Large number of employees, no accountability. An ex-felon in charge of all, master of none. No health benefits for temp. Staff. Excel at hiring temp. staff so they do not have to pay benefits.

The people I serve and some of my coworkers were amazing!

Cons

Extremely high turnover Leadership is terrible Staff not appreciated Completely disorganized Lack of caring Program managers (not all) are toxic and incompetent. Conflicts of interest between management Any change goes through the CEO making everything terribly inefficient.
