Disastrous place to work! - Benefits Specialist The Fedcap Group Employee Review

Fedcap is a disorganized and divisive company. It lacks structure ,communication and proper training to its employees. Leadership is non existent so employees do as they please. There are no standards and rules are not equally enforced. Favoritism is common within the organization which prevents other well deserved hardworking staff the opportunity to advance. Dont expect any recognition for doing a good job, it wont happen. Hire ups take care of their own and continue to line their pockets. It's a stress filled thankless place to work.
