Close proximity to public transportation. Some room for growth.

Cons

Too many to list. Sad and frustrated colleagues. Highest turn over I have ever seen in an organization. Those in top management positions have obscene salaries and everyone else is underpaid and overworked. CEO needs a reality check. She hires anyone who is related or are friends of hers, including an ex-felon (hired while on parole). It's a toxic workplace. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The people I serve and some of my coworkers were amazing!

Cons

Extremely high turnover Leadership is terrible Staff not appreciated Completely disorganized Lack of caring Program managers (not all) are toxic and incompetent. Conflicts of interest between management Any change goes through the CEO making everything terribly inefficient.
