There can be unfair treatment to employees by administrative staff with the subordinates and there is nothing you can do to defend yourself. If you don't fit the picture of what consists in the office, no matter have well you work, you will not have a pleasant work edperience

The people I serve and some of my coworkers were amazing!

Cons

Extremely high turnover Leadership is terrible Staff not appreciated Completely disorganized Lack of caring Program managers (not all) are toxic and incompetent. Conflicts of interest between management Any change goes through the CEO making everything terribly inefficient.
