My colleagues are nice people but too stressed with the job and are always off sick

Cons

The job is to support people into work. That’s what I signed up for. However this is not true. It is all about targets. Pressure. There is no care about participants. It is all about forcing them into work and then actually harassing them to get outcomes!

The people I serve and some of my coworkers were amazing!

Cons

Extremely high turnover Leadership is terrible Staff not appreciated Completely disorganized Lack of caring Program managers (not all) are toxic and incompetent. Conflicts of interest between management Any change goes through the CEO making everything terribly inefficient.
